Greg founded Sutton Business Law after working for more than a decade at some of the largest law firms in the world, forging a work-ethic and dedication to the highest levels of service that he brings to all of his clients and transactions.
Greg's mission is simple: to deliver the sophistication, quality and responsiveness of a large law firm to clients and transactions of all sizes, practically and efficiently. He has dedicated his practice to this mission.

About Greg
gregory w. sutton
For over a decade, Greg has represented clients of all sizes in hundreds of corporate transactions, ranging from formations of brand new companies to multi-billion dollar public transactions. His experience is broad and includes M&A, venture finance, public and private securities offerings, and general corporate counseling. Greg is a frequent speaker on topics concerning corporate and business law, and dedicates a significant portion of his time educating entrepreneurs on these topics.
